Diced Chicken Fruit Salad
During Spring and Summer, nothing tastes better than a delicious fruit salad. Our Diced Chicken Fruit Salad contains strawberries, cranberries and almond slices for a light, healthy meal packed with protein and plenty of flavor.
- 1 bag Hearts of Romaine Lettuce, torn
- ¼ cup Almond slivers
- 2 oz. Crumbled Feta cheese
- 1 Medium Red Onion
- 2 ½ cups Chicken Breast, cooked and cubed
- 1 lb. Fresh Strawberries, sliced
- 2 oz. Shredded Parmesan Cheese
- ¼ cup Dried Cranberries
Directions
In a large bowl, combine chicken, lettuce, strawberries, feta cheese and onion. Top salad with almond slivers and dried cranberries. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese as desired. Serve with Raspberry Walnut Vinaigrette salad dressing.
